PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

Owning and operating my own national consulting business for over 50 years, my focus is on developing sales and marketing strategies for the small to medium sized business. This includes the home-based businesses, as I fit into this latter category.

I’ve spanned a diverse group of industries, utilizing live events, print, radio, telephone and online media platforms. My assignments have included corporate branding solutions, sales and marketing strategies and techniques, evaluating and writing web content and email campaigns. I’ve devised sales cycles that get to the heart of your offer, and have assessed, created and implemented lead generation methodologies.  My track record is in building national and international sales teams and client retention.

As a single mom dedicated to being ‘mom first’ and ‘head-of-household’ second; my incredible, amazing son has been and will always be, my constant inspiration and motivation. In fact, he was the deciding factor in starting my own business.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

Current – Esteban’s Land Design 9/16/2020 to Present

Research, implement and maintain software for running a hardscape business including estimates, job scheduling, invoicing, consumer reviews and referrals. Manage lead generating companies including 1st contact with leads. Redesigned website, Google Business, Better Business Bureau and Facebook. One-person office managing incoming/outgoing calls for appointments, scheduling and general questions.

So far, it’s a dream position! Esteban told me that my life is changing and that I will find happiness and joy, once again. How did he know that I had been living so numbed out?

It seems like everything I’m doing and learning, I’ve already been exposed to somewhere, sometime in my past. Recently, when I was feeling ‘stuck and overwhelmed’ with my learning curve, Esteban told me something no other client or workplace teammate, has ever said to me before. He said, “Becca, I hired you to smile and laugh, to give your passion and love to all we work with and serve. Forget about everything else, that’s just a matter of training and time passing.”

Started as front end support team member handling grocery check-out, customer service, returns and oversee cash register. Promoted to Sales Ambassador, working with store managers and assistant managers to execute product promotions and displays within various departments, driving customer satisfaction and sales.

National Marketing Director - American Health Value LLC (AHV) Boise, ID - 10/2003 to 9/2017

Was an independent contractor responsible for recruiting/training/motivating national sales teams within the insurance industry. Designed and developed sales/marketing tools, promotions, ads, presentations and policies & procedures. Coordinated and participated at national AHV sponsored trade shows and events, including booth design and set up. Designed automated email marketing strategies and online presentations. Designed and built, www.HealthDiscounts.info, as a recruiting tool for insurance professionals. Tripled AHV database of writing agents. Wrote/executed annual marketing plans, consistently meeting and exceeding sales projections. Earned coveted CDHC award. Company was purchased and closed in 2017.

Initially started as a representative for a marketing company specializing in providing leads, technology and training to the Network Marketing industry at large. Achieved the highest-ranking level in first 11 months with the fastest growing team, establishing 4th largest team companywide within 2 years. Went on to develop, author and train ‘3-Week Boot Camp – Prospecting at the Speed of Technology’ in over 100 network marketing companies worldwide.
